Welcome “Limón con Chile” Seafood Restaurant to Grand Island

On Friday, July 29, the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce together with Commissioner representatives members of the Nebraska Latin American Commission held the ribbon cutting for the Limón con Chile seafood restaurant. Although the ribbon-cutting inauguration was private and organized by the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, at the request of the owners, the event was filled with a lot of Latino/Hispanic pride as they saw the entrepreneurship and the struggle of the business owners to get back to businesses.

Limón con Chile is a very cozy restaurant with a lot of flavor from its good food. Although it is true that the restaurant has a recent physical location, it is also true that the owners of this business  were for a long time offering their delicacies in a Food Truck. So the people of Grand Island are connoisseurs of their seasoning, cleanliness and customer service.

Aida Evans and Mark Evans are loyal customers of this business; since they come from Hastings to savor the exquisite seafood dish of their choice in Limón con Chile. “I have not found a better seafood dish anywhere else. The shrimp they offer at Limón con Chile are delicious and large. We have been coming since they only had the Food Truck and I am very pleased to see that they are moving forward, that now they have a place and that together as a family they put enthusiasm into their business” says Aida Evans, Client of Limón con Chile and Commissioner of Hastings for the Nebraska Latin American Commission.

On the other hand, Yesenia Peck, president of the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, gave them a few words of congratulations and good wishes for the long road to business success.

Owners Paul Esparza, Victor Hernandez, Aide Rodriguez and Elizabeth Rodriguez thanked the Nebraska Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for all the support they have given them. They also thanked their guests, especially Aida and Mark Evans.
