Latino Festival in Lincoln, NE / September 17
The Latino Festival in the City of Lincoln will take place on Saturday, September 17, at Antelope Park, located at 1650 Memorial Drive. This welcoming community event showcases Hispanic culture with live cultural performances, delicious food from various Latin American countries, artisan exhibits, and diverse Latin music. In addition to raising funds, the Festival provides an avenue to build friendships with diverse populations and enhance understanding while fostering civic engagement on many levels. Each year they host around 2,500 to 3,000 event attendees and participants from 40 agencies and vendors. Something remarkable is that the Latino Festival shows the growth of the Latino community in the city of Lincoln.
