SSC police arrest 2 suspected in drive-by shootings

Jose Alfredo Hamman, 21, of Sioux City, IA, was arrested today for Use Firearm to Commit a Felony, Possession of Firearm by Prohibited Person, Conspiracy to Commit a Class 2 Felony, Attempt of a Class 2 Felony, Terroristic Threats and Commit Child Abuse Intentional/No Injury.

These charges stem from his alleged involvement in the drive-by shooting that occurred on Sunday, March 14th, 2021.Jose Alfredo Hamman was also arrested for Use Firearm to Commit a Felony, Possession of Firearm by Prohibited Person, Attempt of a Class 2 Felony, Terroristic Threats and (2) counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Class 2 Felony.

These charges stem from his alleged involvement in the drive-by shooting that occurred on Tuesday, March 9th, 2021. Miguel Angel Ceron, 24, of South Sioux City, NE, was arrested today for Aiding and Abetting a Class 3A Felony and (2) counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Class 2 Felony.

These charges stem from his alleged involvement in the drive-by shooting that occurred on Tuesday, March 9th, 2021.This is an ongoing investigation an no other information will be released.The U.S. Marshal’s Office, Nebraska State Patrol, Dakota County Sheriff’s Office, and other law enforcement agencies assisted in the investigation and apprehension of Hamman and Ceron.
