Conferencia de Construcción y Vivienda 2023

Castro Realty Group, afiliado con Nebraska Realty, celebra diez años de servicio con una conferencia gratuita para presentar a los proveedores y recursos locales con la comunidad Latina de Omaha, Lincoln y Council Bluffs.

OMAHA, Nebraska, 24th de agosto del 2023 – Septiembre marca el inicio del Mes de la Herencia Hispana y para celebrar a las miles de familias en Nebraska y Iowa, que han hecho realidad el sueño de ser propietarios de una casa, el equipo de Castro Realty Group ofrecerá un foro para compartir información y asesoramiento exclusivo sobre el proceso de compra de inmuebles comerciales y viviendas, así como inversiones inmobiliarias y propiedades de alquiler.

Este evento conectará a los propietarios locales de empresas de construcción, limpieza, remodelación, mantenimiento, paisajismo, remoción de nieve y otros negocios, con compañías más grandes relacionadas con el mercado inmobiliario y otras más.

La entrada es completamente gratuita y comenzará con diferentes sesiones donde expertos en el mercado inmobiliario hablarán sobre los diferentes tipos de préstamos para adquirir una vivienda o local comercial, con o sin número de seguro social. El segundo panel estará a cargo de las empresas de títulos que explicarán sus funciones en una compra o venta, mientras que, en el tercer taller, los inversionistas locales compartirán sus experiencias sobre cómo ganar dinero en bienes raíces.

Al mismo tiempo, quienes trabajan en la industria de la construcción aprenderán en las sesiones sobre cómo formalizar su empresa, cómo hacer negocios con grandes corporaciones, clases de OSHA, importancia de reportar impuestos, como acceder a capital de trabajo y herramientas sin un seguro social y, las oportunidades que existen con las agencias del gobierno local y estatal.

Castro Realty Group, affiliated with Nebraska Realty, celebrates ten years of service with a free conference introducing local resources and providers to the Latino community in Omaha, Lincoln, and Council Bluffs.

OMAHA, Nebraska, August 24th, 2023 – September marks the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, and to celebrate the thousands of families in Nebraska and Iowa who have made their dream of owning a home come true, the Castro Realty Group team affiliated with Nebraska Realty, will offer this conference to share information and exclusive advice on the process of investing in residential and commercial real estate for business purposes. This educational and training event will be held for the first time in Spanish.

The event will connect local real estate investors, small business owners of construction, cleaning, remodeling, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other businesses with larger companies related to the real estate market and more.

Admission is free and will begin with different sessions where local investors and experts in the real estate market, city and state professionals, non-profit organizations, mortgage residential and commercial lenders, title companies, and insurance agents will talk about the different aspects and roles each entities and professionals, play in a real estate transaction, as well as, resources available in the Spanish language to help with the economic development of Omaha, Council Bluffs, Lincoln, and surrounding areas communities.

At the same time, those who are already in the construction industry or who are interested in the construction area will learn how to formalize their small companies, how to do business with Corporate America, OSHA classes and the opportunities that exist with local or state government entities.
