WIC Provides Strong Support to Families
To participate in the Douglas/Sarpy County WIC Program, residents must live in Nebraska, meet income guidelines, and be determined at nutritional risk by a WIC professional. Families must have a gross income below 185% of the U.S. poverty level to qualify.
Douglas/Sarpy County WIC has four main locations:
– **Midtown WIC**: 1941 South 42nd St #225. Hours: Monday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8 am – 4 pm, Friday 7 am – 3 pm.
– **West Omaha WIC**: 4203 South 120th St. Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8 am – 4 pm, Thursday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 7 am – 3 pm.
– **Charles Drew WIC**: 2120 North 30th St. Hours: Monday 9 am – 6 pm, Tuesday-Friday 8 am – 4 pm.
– **OneWorld WIC**: 4920 South 30th St #103. Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:15 am – 4:45 pm, Tuesday 9:15 am – 5:45 pm, Friday 7:15 am – 3:45 pm, and the second Saturday of each month 8:15 am – 11:45 am.
