Omaha, NE. Midwest Quality Insulation fue incorporado por Juan de La Cruz y Reyes Blanco en Mayo del 2016. Juan tiene 7 años de experiencia en insulación residencial y comercial y Reyes tiene 10 años de experiencia. En el 2016 decidieron asociarse para proporcionar servicios de mejor calidad para propietarios de viviendas y constructores en todo el Midwest.
En Abril del 2017 Juan y Reyes vinieron a MLCDC en busca de un préstamo para comprar una máquina de espuma que les permitiría llevar su negocio a siguiente nivel. Comenzaron a recibir asistencia técnica 3 horas al día una vez por semana durante un mes para completar su plan de negocios y proyecciones financieras. En Mayo, el comité de crédito de MLCDC le aprobó un crédito de $10,000 a través del programa de préstamos directos de MLCDC y fueron referidos a un CDFI por un préstamo adicional de $40,000 para comprar la máquina de espuma de $50,000.
Actualmente tienen 4 empleados de tiempo completo y planean contratar a 4 empleados adicionales para finales de año 2017. Sus oficinas están ubicadas en la 4363 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127.
MLCDC planea realizar créditos hasta de $50,000.00 después de recibir la certificación como Institution Finanicera de Desarrollo Comunitario (Community Development Financial Institution -CDFI) en la segunda parte del 2017.

Midwest Quality Insulation began in May of 2016 by Juan De La Cruz and Reyes Blanco. Juan has 7 years of experience in residential and commercial insulation and Reyes has 10 years of experience. In 2016 they decided to partner up to provide better quality services for home owners and builders across the Midwest. In April of 2017, Juan and Reyes came to MLCDC in search of a loan to purchase a foam machine that would allow them to take their business to the next level. They began receiving technical assistance 3 hours a day once a week for a month to complete their business plan and financial projections.
In May they were approved for a $10,000 loan through MLCDC’s direct lending program and were referred to NEF for additional $40,000 loan to purchase the $50,000 foam machine. Currently they have 4 full time employees and they plan on hiring 4 additional employees by the end of the year. Their offices are located at 4363 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127.
MLCDC is planning to give loans up to $50,000.00 after receiving the Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certification in the second part of 2017.
